How to reach Qvantor with corrections, questions, press requests or partnership enquiries, and how long a reply usually takes.

Getting hold of Qvantor takes one email and no forms. This page covers where to write, what to put in the message, how long an answer usually takes, and the handful of requests about Developer tools, email infrastructure and self hosting that we are not able to help with.

Email us

[email protected]

That is the only address we use. There is no form, no chat widget and no support portal.

Making it easy to reply to

We answer specific questions much faster than general ones, so it is worth a minute of extra typing.

  • What you need, in one line. Everything else can come under it.
  • The address of the page in question, copied rather than paraphrased.
  • Browser, device and a screenshot if you are reporting something that looks broken.

Outside what we can help with

Three things come up often and the answer is always no. We do not intervene with other companies on your behalf, we do not give advice for one specific situation, and we do not help with accounts we have nothing to do with. The legal notice says why.

Who reads this

The person who replies is one of the named writers, not a support agent reading from a script. That is slower at busy times and better every other way.

Telling us we made an error

Complaints about accuracy get priority over everything else in the inbox. Be specific rather than gentle. The rules we follow when fixing something are in the editorial policy.

Turnaround

Most messages get an answer within two working days. Longer questions take longer, and when something needs checking before we can give a straight answer we would rather be slow than wrong.

Proposals and press

Same address, with partnership in the subject so it surfaces. The editorial policy spells out our line on paid links, and reading it first tends to answer the question you were going to ask.
